200,000 Celebration Giveaway

This month we hit an exciting milestone. The number of downloads of our digital aviation theory books has now reached over 200,000! And, to celebrate, we are holding our biggest giveaway yet!

200,000 books equates to a huge number of student pilots who’ve read, watched, memorised, questioned, digested, grappled with and understood the theoretical knowledge syllabus on their way to becoming licensed private or commercial pilots.

We’re proud to be a part of so many pilot training journeys.

As we reach this milestone we’d like to say thank you to all the ATOs, instructors and student pilots who are part of our community and choose Padpilot materials for their theory education. Your success is what drives us.

World Pilots’ Day 2021

Today is World Pilots’ Day, the perfect time to support some aspiring pilots towards achieving their dreams. Whether that’s becoming a private pilot and flying for fun, or training for a professional flying career as an airline pilot.

All pilots have to study for academic exams (often called ‘ground school’ or ‘ground training’) as well as flight training. So, to help prepare for those exams, we’re offering the chance to win one of 15 sets of any Padpilot theory books in our social media prize draw.

These books will bring aviation theory to life and help you gain the knowledge and understanding you’ll need to succeed in the theoretical knowledge exams required for your licence, as well as your future on the flight deck.

Winners can choose whichever book series they want, whether that’s PPL (A), CBIR/EIR or ATPL (A) or (H).

Our theory manuals are interactive and the most advanced available. Downloaded them onto any Apple device (iPad with iOS 12 or later, a Mac with OS X 10.9 or later, or an iPhone with iOS 8.4 or later). We recommend an iPad with 32GB of storage for the ATPL book series.
