We would like to introduce a new Padpilot partner ATO, Aerotours GmbH Flight Training School, the first pilot training organisation in Germany to licence the full ATPL ground school service.
Aerotours was founded in 2000 as an independent EASA flight training organisation and air carrier operation. They offer a full range of private and commercial pilot training courses, including integrated and modular ATPL (A) programmes, and we’re delighted to begin supplying teaching and learning materials for their ATPL ground school.
The academy say their triple ISO Quality & Safety Management certificates, young aircraft fleet and highly qualified instructors enable them to deliver robust, professional flight training for future airline pilots from their brand new facilities at Strasbourg airport.
“With the introduction of the new EASA 2020 syllabus, we wanted to modernise the theory material we use with our ATPL students and our research showed that Padpilot offered the most reliable, up-to-date, and interactive content.” commented a spokesperson for Aerotours.
“The extra books features, such as the Case Studies and Threat and Error Management flags, add to our students’ learning experience, and our instructors are looking forward to personalising the classroom presentations that work so well alongside the student book content. We’re proud to be the first ATO in Germany to sign an agreement with Padpilot!”
