Technical Editor Role

We’re looking for a Chief Technical Editor to join our team.

If you hold, or have held, an ATPL with 1500 hrs + of operational experience, are highly detail orientated and passionate about educating the next generation of airline pilots, we’d love to hear from you.

Since 2011 Padpilot has driven a sea change in the quality of educational materials for aspiring airline pilots. Our interactive ebooks have been downloaded more than 250,000 times and are used by more than 130 ATOs globally.

As part of our continuing expansion programme we’re looking for a chief technical editor to assume responsibility for maintaining the high standard of our publications and raising them to even higher levels of excellence.

The role demands someone with extensive professional aviation experience as a pilot. We’re looking for someone with strong evidence of a sharp, technically curious mind and stratospheric levels of attention to detail.

(This is a permanent position and therefore, unfortunately, not suitable for someone currently furloughed and aiming to return to flying.)
