Chief Executive Officer

Nathan is a former high-risk test pilot, fighter pilot and fast jet flight instructor. Part of the cutting edge F-35 stealth jet development program, he conducted the first F-35 launch and recovery on the Queen Elizabeth aircraft carriers. Nathan’s mission now is taking Padpilot resources to even greater heights, using the latest technology to create efficient, effective, immersive and enjoyable learning experiences for the next generation of pilots.

A former flight and theoretical knowledge instructor, Tony is a renowned ground instructor and has worked with several major ATOs, as well as founding a CAA & EASA approved ground school. He has been part of the Padpilot editorial and Subject Matter Expert team since 2014. Tony took on the role of Editor-in-Chief in 2022. His experience, expertise and dedication ensures Padpilot’s content and supporting resources are always compliant and fully up-to-date, using the latest regulatory and technical material from aviation regulators and the aviation industry.

Katharine is an experienced manager and customer service professional and heads up Operations at Padpilot. She coordinates daily operations across Padpilot including Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Product Development and our growing staff team. She is also a proud member of Women in Aviation, an international organisation dedicated to increasing the number of women working in aviation and aerospace.

With previous experience in the flight training sector, she is enthusiastically builds strategic partnerships that elevate the industry. Having lived and worked across Europe for many years, Adriana has a strong international perspective, and is also a proud member of Women in Aviation, supporting the advancement of women in aerospace.
