ATPL Bursary and Book News from Padpilot

SHARE

Our friends at The Air League have launched a Padpilot ATPL theory bursary for aspiring commercial pilots.

Bursaries will be awarded to five future commercial plots in partnership with The Air League. Each bursary is a complete set of interactive Padpilot ATPL(A) theory books, available on any device and worth £463.84. Your complete set contains everything needed to pass the ATPL(A) theory exams while preparing you for a future career as an airline pilot.

The bursaries are not tied to any particular organisation so you can use them wherever you complete your pilot training. (A directory of Padpilot partner schools is available here). Each of the five recipients will have access to the books for three years from the award date.

Bursary Webinar

For those interested in applying, we’re holding a webinar on Tuesday 27 August at 5:30 pm to share more details and provide tips on how to apply.

The webinar is for anyone interested in pursuing a career as a commercial pilot. Book your place here.

ATPL Book News

This summer we’ve published major updates and enhancements to our ATPL(A) theoretical knowledge materials. These updates address recent regulatory changes including Amendment 10 to Executive Decision 2020/018/R and TK Syllabus Comparison v.5 and ECQB 2024 Amendment 5.

A new version of each ATPL(A) subject book has now been released. Updates are free of charge so if you haven’t updated your books, please do so now to get the new content!

This exciting update reflects our commitment to providing the most up-to-date, effective resources for students training to become commercial pilots.

How to Update

Whenever we publish an eReader book amendment an ‘update’ symbol will appear on the book on your bookshelf.

Click the icon and the update will download. Any notes and highlights are transferred automatically. (Padpilot book updates are always free of charge for the lifetime of that edition)
